Being physically active and working out can have it's own set of difficulties sometimes, pair that with endometriosis and other chronic health conditions and it can be downright frustrating. In this episode I share my own struggles with having endometriosis and trying to workout. I talk about some tips that might help you if you're struggling with this too, as well as some hope for you.
